Free X-Stitch Pattern Added – Eden Rose
A new addition to my website has just been implemented! I have finally added a “Freebie” page to the Chart tab where you can find free patterns to download (https://crossstitchsanctuary.com/freebies/). The first download available is of an Eden Rose flower. I drafted it from a picture I took of one of my climbing roses. I look forward to seeing them bloom every year. Where do I begin? To me, cross stitching is more of a silent, meditative pursuit that’s supposed to quiet my mind, not incur a flood of free flow thought. But as I do design my own patterns and desire to connect to the wider world I’ve realized I have to break through my self made cocoon whereby one might glimpse how my inspirations arise. So, salut! Welcome to the journey.
